Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant, you will be essential in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include delivering attentive and friendly service, accurately taking orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of food and beverages.

With your positive attitude and strong attention to detail, you will help cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel valued and well cared for. THE JOBSCOPE
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Provide menus and explain daily specials to customers.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and basic wine pairing is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS

High School or diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
