THE JOBSCOPE
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and basic wine pairing is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
