THE JOBSCOPE
- Collect used dishes, plates, and utensils from dining areas and kitchen stations.
- Load and operate dishwashing machines, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Stack and store washed items in their designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support the kitchen team with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
