THE JOBSCOPE
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
- Monitor property access, verifying credentials of guests and staff to maintain security.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for guests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong observational skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or diploma or equivalent.; additional qualifications will be a plus
