Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, visitors, and guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling the property, establishing security controls, monitoring access points, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies to create a secure environment for everyone.
THE JOBSCOPE
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
  • Monitor property access, verifying credentials of guests and staff to maintain security.
  • Investigate and report any suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for guests.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong observational skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS

High School or diploma or equivalent.; additional qualifications will be a plus
