THE JOBSCOPE
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and event spaces.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting site tours for potential clients.
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) with accurate and current information.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Liaise with various departments, including reservations, front office, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless communication and coordination for events and bookings.
- Work with the finance department to process invoices and payments related to sales activities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
