Overview
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in order to provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.

To be successful as a Room Attendant you must be honest, pleasant, and have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards. As a Room Attendant, you should be ready to provide necessary services to guests while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your job is to provide excellent room service to the guests and ensure customer satisfaction. You should be quick in response and ready to work in shifts. You should have good communication skills. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
THE JOBSCOPE
  • Cleaning the assigned guest rooms and other areas of the hotel (e.g. elevators and lobbies)
  • Maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assessing and answering to guests and customers’ questions and inquiries, when necessary.
  • Supporting and assisting the laundry team
  • Respond to customer complaints in a positive way and keep the customers satisfied
  • Ensure the room is properly set and clean before the guest arrives
  • Performs additional duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
  • The ability to multitask
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School or diploma.; additional qualifications will be a plus
