THE JOBSCOPE
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
- Manage reservations, including phone calls and online bookings, to optimize seating efficiency.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of any specials.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, addressing any needs promptly.
- Support the waitstaff during peak hours by assisting with seating and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
