- Greet caller, respond to inquiries from the callers in a professional manner.
- Screen calls and transfer calls to the relevant extension correctly.
- Handling complaints and record down in the complaint log book.
- Assisting Advertising & Promotion department for voucher redemption in terms of promotion, events and online contest.
- Greet persons / visitors entering the reception floor.
- Direct persons / visitors to the correct floors or destination.
- Assisting Advertising & Promotion department to prepare reports such as voucher redemption report, online voucher report and etc.
- To coordinate with security department on any lost and found item.
- Handling of loan item/equipment such as wheel chair and stroller.
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized and tidy.
- To act pro-actively during any emergency situations – to notify Security Officer or superior.
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
High school diploma; or relevant field will be a plus
