- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Positive attitude, proactivity, and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or diploma tourism and hotels management, additional qualifications will be a plus
