THE JOBSCOPE
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
- Lead and support service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure food and beverage are served according to company standards
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Promote upselling and support achievement of revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and licensing regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in restaurant and/or bar operations (supervisory role preferred)
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and bar service standards
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Hands-on, responsible, and team-oriented
