THE JOBSCOPE
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and sanitation practices.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide guests with recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
