- Supervise and support front desk staff.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or diploma or equivalent.; additional qualifications will be a plus
