THE JOBSCOPE
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking as directed by senior chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Follow instructions carefully and assist with cooking techniques and recipes.
- Support other kitchen staff during service and collaborate to ensure timely meal delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking ingredients as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Culinary or relevant field.
