We are looking for a courteous and professional Banquet Captain to join our team and provide exceptional service to guests at special functions and events.

As a Banquet Captain, you will be instrumental in the planning, preparation, and execution of events, ensuring that every detail is managed effectively for a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Your role will involve greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and overseeing service staff to ensure the highest level of hospitality throughout the event.
THE JOBSCOPE
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist in event planning and setup, ensuring all details are executed smoothly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with the event team to maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after events.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as a server is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional and polite demeanor towards guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school or relevant certification is a plus
